What you will need before starting your program at EVIT

Before you begin your online application, you should have clear digital copies (PDFs or photos) of the following required materials:

  • Valid Government-Issued ID (Driver's license, state ID card, or passport).
  • Official Proof of Graduation (High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent transcripts).
  • Immunization Records (Required for all healthcare and select trade tracks).
  • Level 1 Non-IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Strictly required for applicants 22 years of age or older applying to specific clinical/public safety tracks. Once you submit your application, we’ll provide instructions for obtaining a fingerprint clearance card, if one is required.)
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR Card (For Surgical Technology, Nursing, and Practical Nursing programs only.)


  • Interest-free payment plans: EVIT offers payment plan options to help students spread out the cost of tuition.
  • Federal Financial Aid: Select adult certificate and associate degree programs may qualify for Federal Pell Grants and other financial aid options.
  • Workforce Funding: EVIT partners with ARIZONA@WORK to provide tuition assistance to qualified applicants.
  • Veterans Benefits: VA benefits may be used for many adult education programs.

After you finalize your application with the admissions team, you’ll connect with the Financial Aid office, set up your payment options and complete your enrollment.
